Privacy is part of KOHAY's product design. We do not sell personal data or use advertising tracking.
Why we use it
To create your account, recommend compatible profiles, enable chats and dates, prevent abuse, fulfil your requests and keep the app reliable.
iOS permissions
Location, photos, camera, microphone and notifications are used only after system permission. You can revoke access in iPhone Settings.
Retention
Account deletion follows a 30-day recovery period. Diagnostic reports are retained for up to 30 days. Report evidence may be retained for up to 180 days. Support requests and their contact email are retained for up to 180 days after resolution. Verification evidence follows a separate short deletion window after review.
Providers
We use Supabase infrastructure in the EU region, Apple for sign-in and iOS services, and Cloudflare for secure web delivery and passkey association.
Your choices
The app lets you change privacy settings, download a copy of your data, disable Nearby and request account deletion. Use the support form for other requests; its contact email is used only to reply to the request.
